Ever tried to locate an email address for a Federal or State service agency?  Save yourself a headache – it can’t be done – at least not easily.  In a time of unprecedented technology leaps, when it comes to communication and service, our bureaucrats still rely on the phone and post office.  There’s a reason for that restricted access – availability translates to responsibility.  The more accessible you are, the more people will look to you for assistance.  Isn’t that what a service agency is supposed to be about?  Sure, unless you have a system of so many laws, rules, regulations, and procedures you can’t administer it openly and efficiency.  That’s government – a top heavy ship using all its energy to keep itself afloat.  Your interest in adding more cargo is actively discouraged. Isn’t it fascinating how the left continues to push government as the answer, while reality persistently points to their key role as a big part of the problem…
